Today Santiago and Mikey had a meeting with a senior official in Government regarding the work we have been doing promoting Uruguay. The upshot of the meeting was that they really like what we have done with our various websites and want to work more closely with us in promoting immigration and investment into Uruguay.
AMAZINGLY the Government wants us to tell them the things that we think need to be improved here to make it more attractive for immigrants.
SO LET ‘ER RIP!!!! Send me you complaints and irritations and I will compile them and pass them on. If you don’t do this, don’t ever complain to me….
When was the last time George Bush did this?
Please send your complaints to Southron@UruguayLiving.com.

I don’t have to tell George W. Bush anything. He just goes through all my e-mails.

*Customer Service*
I find myself demanding the sales assistant to serve me and speak to me as if I’m a customer and not a drunken bum asking for a handout.
I’m extremely down to earth and easy going but if I walk into a shop to buy something and the sales person is not attending to another customer, I expect him/her to take my money and let me continue with my journey.
Lets not even get into government offices!!!
I try to make a difference by especially praising those who are helpful and provide good customer service.
*Unacceptable road behaviour*
What’s going on with that!
My Cuban friend made me laugh when she said she was interested in doing a survey just to see how many Uruguayans want to die on the roads!
Motorists and pedestrians alike have some sort of death wish.
I could go on allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll night
; )
