Just a over two weeks ago we had the coldest weather on record in Uruguay—in some places it was -6C (20F).  Prior to that, the lowest recorded temperature was -3C (25F).  Either way, both are a serious departure from the average low in July or August of 6C (43F).  Last night the weather was horrid—it […]
