LOL. Welcome to the real world. In fact, in most places and at most times, the private sector is crap. Generally private businesses only deliver when they have to compete with
government organisations. These private ISPs in Uruguay sound simply shocking - but they’d certainly be even worse if they did not have the government ISP to measure up
against. Without it, they’d be extortion, pure and simple. At least you can go elsewhere.

We may have a lot to learn, but not from someone who makes snide remarks anonymously!
With or without America, Free Men and Free Markets have delivered the greatest amount of freedom and prosperity to the greatest number of people in the world!
But, obviously, Mr Anonymous will sniff and snigger and be sooo self-assured that he knows better. I wish him all the good he deserves, and I wish that since he doesn’t like Americans, as a sign of protest against us he should stop using all the technology we have created as well….like the internet and this blog, for starters.
