We have grown so fast that we have just not been able to keep up technologically–largely because I am getting slow and stupid in my senescence. When we changed blog providers, many of the subscriptions got changed from subscriptions to everything to subscriptions to only a single category–which is why some of you have been getting posts so infrequently.Enzo has once again been the hero and has found a solution. Unfortunately, though, even though you are a member of the blog, you must SUBSCRIBE, or RE-subscribe if you want to automatically receive copies of items posted on the blog. SORRY.
To subscribe or Re-subscribe,
- click on the Subscribe link, which is the 5th link below the calendar on the right side of the page.
- you will be taken to a new page.
- there you will find two buttons.
- If you want to subscribe to my posts click, on the button that says SUBSCRIBE TO JOURNAL POSTS.
- If you want to subscribe to the comments made by other people to my posts, click on the button that says SUBSCRIBE TO COMMENTS.
- You must subscribe to both posts and comments to receive everything.
- After you click on the button, you will be taken to yet another page where you will be asked for your email address. There is also a test to make sure you are not a computer spamming us.
- After you enter your email address and pass the test, you will receive a confirmation email.
- You must respond to that confirmation email in order to be subscribed.
- Remember, IF YOU WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO BOTH POSTS AND COMMENTS, YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE TO EACH ONE SEPARATELY!
I know this is a pain in the neck and points South, but we are doing the best we can to provide the best source for Uruguay information anywhere.
