A young man who had just moved here from Novsibirsk in Russian Siberia me told me that he found the Internet in Uruguay to be “inexpensive, reliable and fast”… A few days ago I had the pleasure of meeting a very “kulturny” young man who had just moved here with his wife and young son from Novsibirsk in Russian Siberia. He is a very talented logo creator and web designer.

During the course of the conversation, he told me that he loved the internet here and that he found it to be “inexpensive, reliable and fast”, compared to what he was used to in Siberia. Obviously one’s point of view is affected by one’s surroundings.
